Amber Americano


This cocktail demonstrates that Aperol has life beyond the ubiquitous spritz. Invented by Adam from the Michelin starred Restaurant Tristan in Horsham, this has the body & refreshment of the original Americano, but without the bitter Campari finish,

Ingredients

 

50ml The London Vermouth Company No.1 Amber Limon

45ml Aperol

Dash of Orange Bitters

Soda*

Blood orange or Grapefruit slice

How to Make


  1. Pre-chill your lo-balls in freezer or with ice for 5 mins then discard

  2. Fill chilled Lo-balls with fresh ice

  3. Pour No.1 Amber Limon vermouth and Aperol over ice in lo-ball

  4. Top with soda then garnish with (blood) orange slice
