50ml Light Ginger Ale (Fever Tree or Merchant Heart work well)
50ml Prosecco* or your favourite bubbles

Our Amber Spritz is based on the Basta Poco cocktail created by Ben Belmans for cult cocktail haunt BelRoy's Bijou in Antwerp.
It’s a simple, three-ingredient cocktail, a less bitter alternative to an Aperol Spritz, retaining the kick but requiring the half the sugar!
*Prosseco works well, but do try & make it special with Chapel Down’s sparkling Bacchus, made like traditional Prosecco giving aromas of pineapple, grapefruit & elderflower with a crisp & refreshing texture. Alternatively splash out on Louis Pommery England Brut, a collaboration with the aforementioned champagne house & Hattingley Valley Wines , with its hints of green apple, citrus fruits & honeyed stone fruits on a fresh, mineral finish.
