Salty Martini


 Adapted from recipe by Salvatore Calabrese at Fifty in London, the Salty Martini is a drink that benefits from a long stir. As the name suggests, there is a saltiness that comes through the caper brine, as well as the salinity from the fino sherry, which also adds a distinct nuttiness.

How to Make

  1. Chill cocktail glass ideally for at least two hours

  2. Stir ingredients in mixing glass with large block of ice (the larger the ice the less dilution)

  3. Strain & garnish with Caperberry
