Steven Edwards
Creator of our No 3 S.E. Dry Vermouth, Steven Edwards trained with some of the Uk’s leading chefs including Raymond Blanc, Andrew McNaughton & Chris Wheeler and is best known for winning the 6th series of MasterChef: The Professionals in 2013, at just 27. He is now Chef Patron for two restaurants Bingham House in Richmond and Etch in Hove.
He says of his No 3 S. E. Dry, 'I really enjoyed creating this vermouth and went about the challenge like a dish I would serve in one of my restaurants. I wanted the vermouth to give a real taste of Britain as well as being crisp and refreshing. The flavour combination of apple with gooseberry is a winner for me.'
