Created with cocktail legend Camille Hobby Limon, this locally sourced, hand blended vermouth captures bright fruit flavours to deliver “sunshine in a bottle”. Opening with bursts of Kent rhurbarb, blood orange & citrus heightened with notes of orange flowers, this amber stunner finishes with bitter & dry botanicals. This works neat as aperitif with ice or elegantly paired with tonic or soda. We like to add this touch of sunshine to a spritz with equal parts ginger ale & prosecco for a perfect sundowner.

58 and Co’s multi-award-winning London Dry Gin has been infused with discarded cacao nibs & husks from their neighbours at Land (a bean to bar chocolate maker ) , which complement the smoky notes of bonfire toffee in our No.2 Camille’s Red.
Both have been expertly blended with Italian bitters to create a rich & bittersweet negroni with hints of spice & dark chocolate orange. No.58 Carmen’s Negroni is ready to be served straight up over ice with a slice of orange, or even mulled on a chill day.

Tasting Notes: A warming nose of orange, treacle, clove and port that on the palate usher in tart wild cherry & summer orange, all upheld by a delicate backbone of cigar smoke. No.2 Camille’s Red vermouth finishes with the earthiness of black pepper, the warmth of cardamom & a little juniper kicker. To open up the aromas & heighten the flavour stir over ice.
