Created with cocktail legend Camille Hobby Limon, this locally sourced, hand blended vermouth captures bright fruit flavours to deliver “sunshine in a bottle”. Opening with bursts of Kent rhurbarb, blood orange & citrus heightened with notes of orange flowers, this amber stunner finishes with bitter & dry botanicals. This works neat as aperitif with ice or elegantly paired with tonic or soda. We like to add this touch of sunshine to a spritz with equal parts ginger ale & prosecco for a perfect sundowner.

Tasting Notes: A warming nose of orange, treacle, clove and port that on the palate usher in tart wild cherry & summer orange, all upheld by a delicate backbone of cigar smoke.
